Agreement

By using this site, submitting a form, creating an operations login, calling the Voice AI agent, or booking the Arena, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

If you submit a form for a child, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and can accept these terms for that child.

The site and content

Schedules, standings, rosters, and ticket windows are published for fans and families. Some FCS fixtures stay hidden until the club’s announced release date. We work to keep information current; league changes can move a kickoff or opponent.

Photos, crests, copy, and design on this site belong to Lansing City or our licensors (including league marks). You may share links and personal, non-commercial screenshots. You may not scrape, resell, or reuse club media as if it were yours.

Third-party logos (FCS, USL League Two, UWS, and others) are used to identify competitions. Those marks belong to their owners.

Accounts and operations

Club Operations is for authorized staff, coaches, and operators only. You must keep credentials confidential and not share a login. We may suspend access if it is misused.

Bookings created by the Voice AI agent or by the public booking flow are requests until Club Operations approves them. Approval is not guaranteed.

Forms, tryouts, and registration

Submitting interest, tryout, or registration information is not a guarantee of placement on a team or of a roster spot. Fees, when charged, are described on the relevant program page or checkout.

You agree the information you provide is accurate. False eligibility or age information can result in removal from a program without refund where the club has already reserved a place.

Tickets and shop

Match tickets, when offered, are sold for a specific date and opponent. FCS schedule and ticket sales follow the date announced on the site (including any “September 1” style drop). Third-party shops (including FCS The Shop) have their own checkout terms.

Conduct

Players, parents, guests, and staff are expected to treat the Arena, opponents, referees, and each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or damage to the building can result in removal from the facility, a program, or the site, and may be reported to law enforcement.

Voice AI

The (517) 399-2028 line is an AI agent that can answer club questions and place booking requests. It can make mistakes. Confirm anything material (times, prices, medical, or eligibility) with a human at (517) 677-4530 or hello@lansingcityfutsal.com. The human line can take longer to reach.

Website disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages arising from use of the website itself. Nothing here limits liability that Michigan law does not allow us to limit, including for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Michigan law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be brought in state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless a different forum is required for a specific league or payment dispute.
