Service messages

If you book a court, register a player, or create a Club Operations login, we may email or text you about that request: confirmation, decline, time change, or a safety close. Those messages are part of the service, not marketing.

Staff alerts

Club Operations can send booking and form alerts to the staff list under Staff notifications. Those phones and emails are for operators who asked to be on that list. Remove yourself there or email hello@lansingcityfutsal.com.

Club news and offers

Optional emails or texts about tickets, camps, or memberships go only to people who asked for them (a form checkbox or a written request). We will not text you marketing messages using an autodialer without that consent.

Reply STOP to a club text to opt out of marketing texts. Email hello@lansingcityfutsal.com to leave a news list. Service messages about a live booking may still be sent.

Phone lines

Voice AI (517) 399-2028 can take a booking request. Human staff (517) 677-4530 can take longer. Calls may be noted in Club Operations so the hold can be approved. We do not sell call recordings.
