Lansing City FCS Women's Team Tryouts2026/27 Season – Futsal Champions Series (FCS)
Lansing City Futsal is excited to announce open tryouts for our 2026/27 FCS Women's Team — the highest level of women’s futsal offered in the country.
Tryout Details
- Date: Saturday, October 24th
- Time: 7:30 PM (Players should arrive 15 minutes early for check-in)
- Location: Lansing City Arena (904 Elmwood Rd, Lansing, MI 48917)
- Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours
- Cost: Free (pre-registration required)
This tryout is for players interested in competing at the elite level with the Lansing City Women’s Futsal team in the Futsal Champions Series (FCS).
About the Team & League
The Lansing City Women’s Futsal team competes in the FCS Women’s League, featuring top clubs like Grand Rapids Olé, Shoreline City, Chicago House, and others. Games run from November to March across the Midwest, with home and away matches. All games are broadcast on FCS Live on YouTube, giving players national exposure.
This is the premier women’s futsal league in the United States, offering a professional-style environment with high-level competition and development opportunities. The team trains starting in early November and participates in the FCS season and championship events at the Lansing City Arena.
Lansing City also runs strong youth futsal programs (FCS Futures for boys and girls) and maintains a full academy pathway, making this a great environment for committed players.
What to Expect
- Skill assessments in technical ability, tactical understanding, fitness, and game intelligence.
- Open to experienced players ready to compete at the highest domestic women’s futsal level.
- Indoor/futsal shoes required (bring water, appropriate athletic attire).
